This seems like a manly omelette to me. Bacon... ham...bbq sauce. I'd say this is a pretty darn good omelette. Very simple, very quick to make, and of course super tasty
What you need:
2 Slices of bacon 1 Slice of ham 2 Eggs 2 tsp milk Salt and pepper for taste Garlic powder to season Parsley flakes/chopped fresh parsley BBQ sauce |
Instructions:
In a small skillet, cook bacon (as package directs) until crispy. Add ham to skillet when bacon is almost cooked and continue to cook until bacon is done. Set bacon and ham aside. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. In a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture and cook. While cooking, move cooked egg with a spatula towards the center, so uncooked egg can take its place and continue to cook. Season omelette with garlic powder. When almost cooked, add bacon and ham to center of omelette and fold egg inwards. Cook another minute, remove from skillet and top with parsley and BBQ sauce. Enjoy this meaty delight! |
