What you need:
1 Bell pepper 2 tsp butter 2 Eggs Salt Pepper Shredded parmesan (optional) |
Instructions:
Cut pepper into 1/2" rings and remove seeds and centers. Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Place better rings in skillet and sauté ~2 minutes. Crack eggs in rings and cook for ~3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper (Or whatever you want!) Flip egg-pepper over and top with cheese; cook another minute. Remove from skillet and enjoy! |
