Similar to the potato and bok choy soup, this one holds back some veggies, adds in the shrimp and has quite the hot and spicy kick. If you don't do hot and spicy, this may not be for you.
What you need:
3 Cups no salt chicken broth 1 Head bok Choy, thinly sliced 1/2 Red bell pepper, diced 1 Clove garlic, finely chopped 2 tsp soy sauce 1 tsp red pepper flakes 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 Cup shrimp, peeled and deceived |
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add remaining ingredients to pot, stir in and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook ~10 minutes, until bok choy leaves are dark green and tender. Yum! |
