Here's a very simple summery smoothie to get you jump started this spring! To make it even better, just jump to the ice cream!
What you need:
1 Cup Greek yogurt 1/2-1 Cup frozen strawberries 1/2 Cup skim milk Honey/vanilla extract (optional) Protein powder |
Instructions:
Blend ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is reached. To add sweetness, add a tsp honey or vanilla extract and add more if you like. Add protein powder to make a perfect breakfast meal. |
