Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
This recipe was the first time I used whole wheat flour and I'm impressed that it turned out as moist and delicious as using all-purpose flour. You can certainly use all-purpose, but you'll want to add ½ cup additional flour. Whole-wheat flour is much more dense and can lead to a drier outcome, hence we utilize less whole-wheat than white flour. Using whole-wheat flour will produce a slightly different texture as well in your banana bread, but will be equally delicious. You'll love this rich chocolatey treat where the addition of ground espresso will enhance the dark chocolate flavour.
