Chocolate Chip Muffins
These muffins have always been my mom's favourite. She especially loves when I add extra chocolate chips. Let's be honest, if you're having any baked good with chocolate chips, you want it to be filled with chocolate chips! These muffins are incredibly light and fluffy, and the addition of sour cream makes them extra tender, rich and moist.

Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg, room temperature
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
