Crispy Peanut Butter Balls
With so few ingredients and super easy to make, you'll have a difficult time eating just one of these. These crispy peanut butter balls are a perfect treat to serve a crowd, having a perfect sweet and salty combination and crunchy texture. I'm a huge fan of finishing salt on chocolatey desserts. It adds a tasty savoury quality to what could otherwise be an overwhelmingly sweet treat. The coarse sea salt and bitter dark chocolate tone down the sweetness of the peanut butter balls. If you want extra texture, use crunchy peanut butter. You can also use rice crispies or crushed nuts instead of corn flakes.
