Dijon Salmon
This is one of the first recipes I ever tried when cooking salmon at home. After moving out west where BC is home to some delicious salmon, I became a fan very quickly. The ingredients are simple, only enhancing the flavour of an already flavourful fish. This dish is both sweet and tangy with the combination of ingredients. Pecans are optional, but they add texture to the dish.
