Grilled Peach Salad
I love grilling fruits in the summer. The combination of smokey charred grill marks with sweet or sour flavours is perfect. When grilling peaches, keep an eye on them as you don't want to overcook and end up with a mushy texture. I could eat this salad on its own but it pairs quite nicely with pork or beef.

Ingredients:
- 2 to 3 peaches
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for brushing peaches
- ½ cup packed arugula
- ¼ red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup chopped toasted walnuts or pecans
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
