Maple Glazed Salmon
Soy sauce and maple syrup are my favourite ingredients to use when cooking salmon. The salty and sweet combination pairs perfectly with this hearty fish. This recipe is perfect for a summer cook-out and allows you to spend less time preparing and cooking a delicious meal and more time with good company. My in-laws were impressed on the amount of flavour the salmon had and were surprised when I explained how very few ingredients are required.
