Pasta Carbonara
I was inspired to make this incredibly quick, easy and comforting dish after watching Chef Marc Murphy cook this in 15 minutes on an episode of Triple G. Maybe we can't all make that quickly (props if you can), but it'll certainly take you less than 30 minutes, perfect for a weeknight meal. Serve this creamy pasta on its own or in smaller portions served with a side salad. I prefer my pasta and noodle nights to be feel good comfort dishes!

Ingredients:
- 4 to 5 slices bacon
- 2 large eggs, room temperature
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- kosher salt
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 250g fresh linguini
