Rocky Road Candy
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 x 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups toasted chopped pecans
- 1 x 16 oz package miniature marshmallows
- flaked sea salt
Instructions:
- Line a 9x13" baking pan with wax paper. Set aside.
- In a large saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips with condensed milk and butter, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine pecans and marshmallows. Fold into chocolate mixture.
- Spread mixture evenly onto the baking pan. Sprinkle flaked sea salt over mixture.
- Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Cut into 1 to 2" square pieces and store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
