Shrimp Pad Thai
Even though it's not native to Thailand, Pad Thai is one of the most popular dishes many people will order when going out for Thai. I'm sure just about everyone who reads this has had it. It's an incredibly delicious dish. When i first learned to make this Pad Thai recipe, I realized how easy and quick it is to make. You'll spend more time prepping than cooking. Make sure all of your ingredients are ready to go. The cooking process comes and goes in no time. I use shrimp in mine, but add any protein you prefer, adjusting cooking time accordingly.
