Spiced Chocolate Banana Bread
This is my favourite kind of banana bread, especially during the winter months. Fill your kitchen with the aroma of warm spices and indulge in this banana bread with an extra rich flavour of chocolate and crunch from walnuts. Make sure you use overly ripe bananas for the most banana flavour. Those bananas that have browned on the counter that you no longer want to eat and stare at for days? Use those! I also store overly ripe bananas in the freezer and thaw them when I'm ready to bake.
