Taco Seasoning
I am obsessed with tacos, from a classic Al pastor with diced white onion and cilantro to whatever new concoction a local taqueria shop is dishing out. I think most of us at one point or other have had the at home classic ground meat taco loaded with cheese and salsa, in a hard shell tortilla. Remember the seasoning packet you or your mom use to buy (or still do)? Well I decided to make my own taco seasoning for days when I just want a meaty cheesy taco. Once I started experimenting with my own taco seasoning, I said goodbye to the packets. Less salty, more flavour, all full of taco goodness!
